Lion Oak Court is an extra care scheme owned and managed by Synergy Housing, in which First Wessex provides care and support, in partnership with Hampshire County Council, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Lion Oak Court has been set up to enable tenants to maintain independence in a home of their own whilst still being part of a community. Tenants have their own purpose built flats within the scheme and receive personal care and support from our staff according to their needs as specified in their care plan drawn up with them and Adult Services. Tenants also receive housing related support from the staff team to help them live as independently as possible, according to a support plan that is drawn up with them once they have moved in.

Applications to live at Lion Oak Court can normally only be accepted from prospective tenants who are:

Over 21 years of age
Have their needs assessed by Hampshire County Council Adult Services to make sure the care and support available at Lion Oak Court is suitable.
