Our third annual Housing Forum took place on 18 November at the Winchester Guildhall. The room was filled to capacity with around 150 industry leaders and stakeholders - all ready and raring to debate the theme: ‘Silver Linings - Responses to Government Housing Policy’.

The government introduced a new benefit, Personal Independence Payments, to replace the Disability Living Allowance. The new benefit has been rolled out to new claimants since June 2013 and the government has now started to roll the new benefit out to existing claimants.
