Hear from our staff
"After graduating from university, I was lucky enough to join First Wessex's Graduate Scheme. Initially working in the Asset Management team, I carried out tasks such as building surveys and implementing planned maintenance programmes. This provided me with valuable construction industry experience, which undoubtedly helped me to secure a job as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor for our subsidiary, First Wessex Homes. I am now on the North Town Project Team, helping to deliver over 200 new homes in Aldershot, and am working towards becoming a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors!"
Charles Ellis, Trainee Quantity Surveyor
"I started off an as apprentice within the HR department. Since then, I've worked in the Training team, and have moved into the role of Recruitment Administrator. Progression is a huge part of First Wessex, and I am proud to work for a company that values its employees, providing opportunities such as apprenticeships and Graduate schemes."
